Our Return Process
Please contact us via email or phone. We'll then send you a RMA form that you can print and send with your returned goods. When we receive your product, we'll test it and if needed, either replace it, offer an alternative or refund you.
Returns at are your own risk. Eden's Light is not responsible for the loss of or damage to your shipment and the product.
Eden's Light Guarantee
The products sold by Eden's Light are covered by the guarantee offered by the manufacturer, which is 1 year from invoice date (unless otherwise stated). We buy directly from the manufacturer and strive to only offer products that we believe to be of high-quality.
We will always do our best to find a solution to a problem that may occur. Should this not be possible, and the product is still under guarantee, you may return the product to us at our cost. If the product guarantee has expired, we will do our best to find an alternative solution for your needs.
